    This questionnaire is designed to help us get to know your business and the goals for your website. The answers you provide help us develop a budget that meets your goals, and it also shows us that you are committed to your success.

    List 3-5 words that you would use to describe your business (i.e., conservative, trendy, resourceful, etc.) *

    What is there about you and your background that sets you apart for a special (niche) group of potential customers? What makes your company unique? *

    What problems do your prospects have that your business solves? *

    How can your particular work background help prospects, compared to others in your industry? What’s special about your work experience and what you do? *

    Why do you believe site visitors should do business with you rather than with a competitor? *

    Do you have a slogan or tagline that clearly describes what you offer in terms of benefits or features? *

    Please describe your potential customers. Pay special attention to their income, interests, gender, age, even type of computer they use, e.g., old with dialup account or newer with broadband. If your website is a business-to-business site, what sort of companies are you hoping to attract? *

    What is your budget for this project? *

    Who are the decision makers on this project? What is the turnaround time for making a decision? *

    What staff will be involved? What are their roles? Is there a webmaster on your staff? *

    What is your deadline for completing the site? *

    Please list the names of five other sites that you like. Why are they attractive to you? *

    Have you researched your online competition so you have an idea of what you do and don’t want on your site? *

    What do you NOT want on your site in terms of text, content, etc.? *

    Where is the website content coming from? Who’s responsible for updating it? Is it ready for use on your website? *

    Do you have a logo *

    Do you use a Client Relationship Management tool for your customer database and/or email campaigns? If yes, who do you use? (MailChimp, Constant Contact, etc.) *

    Are you planning to do online sales? If so, what is the product, and how many items do you want to sell online? *

    If you’re planning to sell online, are you set up to accept credit cards? *

    If you are setup to accept payments, who is your payment processor? *

    If you are doing online sales, how will you manage fulfillment? In house, fulfillment warehouse, drop ship, etc. List any shipping partners or technology integrations that you are using and that you will want integrated with the website. *

    How much time will you be able to spend online, responding to inquiries that come in via your website? Once a day? Several hours a day? *

    If you were using a search engine, what words or phrases would you use to find your site? Which of these words or phrases is most important? Second? Third? *

    Other than what search engines will produce, what methods do you have in mind to spread the word about your website? *

    How do you plan to encourage repeat visitors and referrals? *

    List the features that are most important for your website. *

    List any features that would be nice to have on your website, but are not required for the initial launch. *

    We have a 28 day qualification process for new clients. Before you meet with us, we will ask you to complete a series of questionnaires that will establish the business goals for website design projects and marketing campaigns.

    Prospective clients that make the cut demonstrate the following:

    • A viable concept in an industry that is growing
    • An understanding that marketing is a necessary expense
    • An understanding that to make money you have to spend money
    • An understanding that marketing investments are a percentage of the total revenue goal
    • A least 3 vendor referrals or reference from existing Media Made Fresh client

    After you submit the contact form below, an account manager will contact you to discuss your project and send the relevant questionnaires. Once you complete the questionnaires, we will schedule a FREE 30 minute consultation with you to discuss your objectives and determine if we are the right fit for each other. It is very important for you to have a clear sense of your budget before the initial consultation.

    We require a minimum of $7,500 per project or a minimum of $5,000 a month in services with a 12 month commitment.
