Responsibilities:

Media Production:

• Assist in the creation of multimedia content, including video, audio, and graphics.
• Collaborate with the creative team to contribute ideas and execute media projects.
• Operate and maintain audio-visual equipment during recording and production.

Content Management:

• Organize and catalog digital media assets for easy retrieval and usage.
• Assist in maintaining a centralized media library and archive system.
• Ensure adherence to file-naming conventions and metadata standards.

Media Distribution:

• Support the distribution of media content across various platforms and channels.
• Coordinate the uploading and scheduling of content on digital platforms.
• Monitor and report on media performance metrics.

Technical Support:

• Provide technical assistance during media production and post-production processes.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and collaborate with IT support when necessary.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer creative input.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (or recent graduate) in Media Production, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong passion for media and a desire to grow in the field.
• Basic understanding of multimedia production tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Audacity).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of media distribution platforms and social media.

Advantages:
